i was trying to make a build that would do buff my teams DPS while doing some good damage my self. any ideas on how to improve it?

Trying to be an orders paragon gimps a lot of your use. Try just bringing a dedicated orders hero (d/n works good to add party wide heals). It just won't be that effective or useful with the group when your spending a lot of your time spamming orders. Your aggressive refrain will be worthless cause you'll be too busy casting that.

Use Dark Fury.
Use Save Yourselves!

No offense mate, but you should learn all the skills before you're trying to come up with own builds. Until than, pvxwiki is your friend. :-)

my first impression would be this: you would probaly have a bit of a problem managing your energy. You'd be too busy with OotV to be of any real use probably.

Dont try to do it all by yourself . If you want to boost your teams damage you should try another elite instead and use EbsoH. Cruel Spear for your damage and DW or Anthem of Fury and Vicious Attack (instead SoRedemption)+GFTE combo. Add blazing finale if you have some melee (instead FTWeak).
